Our Services
At Supportive Optimistic Sisterhood (S.O.S.), we provide art therapy/therapeutic art group experiences that include all necessary art supplies. The Host Partner provides a space for the service(s), including a water source, tables, table covers and chairs for everyone.
*This is a group service, discounts aren't available if you bring or donate your own art supplies and the price doesn’t change based on the number of participants who show up below our maximum capacity.

Create a key ring or necklace using meaningful African symbols that celebrate your strengths. —a quick, hands-on art therapy moment for community or corporate events. Participants rotate into open sitting at this art station, learn about art therapy and leave with a beautiful culturally enriched reminder of their strengths.

S.O.S. Circle Program
The 8-Week S.O.S. Circle Program is a therapeutic art program designed to fit seamlessly into organizational programming. With weekly 90-minute sessions and clearly defined start and end dates, the series is easy to schedule within seasonal, quarterly, school, or summer program cycles, making planning simple for staff and administrators. Its small-group format creates a meaningful, supportive experience for participants while allowing organizations to run multiple program cycles throughout the year, helping serve a larger number of community members over time.
